EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All orders are custom printed with processing beginning as soon as an order is received. As such I am unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind so please select carefully.

Please also check your delivery and address details carefully before processing your order. Any item that needs to be reshipped due to incorrect details supplied with your order will incur additional postage fees to cover reshipment and potentially new printing costs if the original item is unable to be recovered.

If you believe there is a mistake with your order please contact me as soon as possible so that we can take the necessary steps to correct the error. You're welcome to reach out to me via my contact page here.

SHIPPING & TIMES

Each Giclée Print will be custom produced upon receipt of your order. Thus the processing time for shipping will be in addition to this process.

Please see each listing for individual printing turnaround times. This process involves specialised commercial printing and packaging services external to myself to ensure that your order is professionally prepared and packaged safely for the utmost protection during transit.

Delivery times will be in addition to this process and will vary depending on where you are having your order posted. Keep an eye on your inbox for delivery notifications and tracking details and feel free to reach out to me if you are unsure!

DAMAGE SUSTAINED IN TRANSIT

In the rare event that an order is damaged in transit, please follow these steps for recording and reporting the damage to me;

1/ Do not discard packaging
2/ Take photos of damage to both packaging and contents
3/ Contact me as soon as possible with the above information.  

Once I have received your email I will rectify the situation as best as possible at no additional cost to you. In the meantime it is also advised that you report the damage to your local postal service.

Unfortunately I have no control over the way my packages are handled by couriers and postal companies once they leave my hands but I try my absolute best to minimise the chances of this happening by packaging all of my orders with great care and sturdy support.
